I'm Catherine Cobb, a Realtor with Corcoran HM Properties serving Charleston, Mount Pleasant, James Island, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, and Awendaw.

I grew up in a real estate family in Atlanta and spent ten years in New York City before making Charleston my home in 2020. I hold an MFA in Design and Architecture from Yale University, and I spent fifteen years running my own photography business before earning my real estate license in 2019 — that background shapes how I see every property: the light, the layout, the story a home is telling, and how to present it so buyers see it too.

I got my start with Harry Norman Realtors in Atlanta, then joined The Cassina Group after relocating to Charleston, and I've been with Corcoran HM Properties since early 2022. Along the way I earned my Series 7 & 66, so I bring a genuinely strategic, financial lens to every transaction — not just a good eye.

Outside of real estate, I'm a competitive squash and tennis player, a yoga teacher-in-training, and I live in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant with my mini Australian Labradoodle, Penny. That same competitive drive and creative instinct are what I bring to every listing and every negotiation on your behalf.
